Darrell Allen - Minister / Evangelist

Greetings!  I was born & raised just south of Jacksonville, FL near the small town of Middleburg and graduated from Faulkner University in Montgomery, AL in 1996.  I was a Network Administrator for about 4 years in the early 2000's and then spent 10 years working for Chick-fil-A, including 7 years as an Assistant Manager.  In the late 1990's, I developed a growing interest in preaching & teaching, eventually looking for speaking opportunities.  This led to a part-time preaching position for a couple of years beginning in 2013, after which I enjoyed several years as a frequent guest speaker & fill-in preacher for several congregations in Northeast/Central Florida.  In December 2020, my wife & I moved to Sylvester, GA to work full-time with the church here.  I am married to Tacey (Queen) Allen who is originally from Acworth, GA and we celebrated 24 wonderful years of marriage in July 2023.

My interests include pro & college football, pro & college basketball, and I enjoy being outdoors.  Most of all, I especially enjoy reading & studying God's word that I may grow in the faith and help encourage others also.

One of my favorite verses in the Bible is: "Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord." (1 Corinthians 15:58 NKJV)
